SERVICES OFFERED
Bat Detection
A bat detector will be used to determine if any bats are in the immediate area.
Fee: $10.00 for 30 minute call (Franklin County residents)
Bat Habitat Evaluation
I will look at the environment and help determine the best location and placement for a bat house. Current bat house locations can also be evaluated if the current location has not produced any results.
The area will also be evaluated for water sources, potential prey, vegetation, food source and other factors that can help increase the chances of bringing bats to area and bat house.
Fee: $20.00 for 30 minute call (Franklin County residents)

Bat Removal
At this time, we do not perform bat removal but this service is expected in be implemented in late 2025.
You may contact SCRAM in the Columbus, Ohio area for humane removal of bats from structures.
Maintenance and Repair
This can be accomplished by an on site visit or by a video/photographs. I will visit the location of bats houses, examine the house and make a determination what needs to be done. At this time I will also provide an estimate on what it would cost to clean and/or complete any repairs.
If you prefer to send a photo or video of bat house that includes pictures of needed work, that would be fine. I would use the photos/video to provide an estimate of job but final estimate cannot be given until I actually see the bat house.
Fee: No cost for estimates. Fees may vary depending on the work needed on the bat house.
Other Jobs
